Light & Fit Menu

All items on our light & fit menu use reduced levels of oils and sauces. Many items have reduced portion sizes to limit calorie intake. 4oz. Chicken Breast with Wild Rice & Broccoli

LiteTeriyaki Chicken Stir Fry

A smaller portioned stir fry from our normal menu. We also use less oil in the preparation of this meal. ** Ask to remove for vegetarian option. Calories: 427 Fat: 6.6 Protein: 27 Carbs: 61 Fiber: 7.5 Weight Watchers : 8pts

Light Bean Burger

A grilled chipotle black bean burger served over a bed of green leaf lettuce, tomato, red onions, pickles and light chipotle ranch. Choose from either a whole orange wedged or broccoli. Calories:300 Fat:10 Protein:19 Carbs:36 Fiber:9.5 Weight Watchers:6Pts.

8 oz. Grilled Salmon

An 8oz. grilled Salmon seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic. Served with a whole orange wedged and broccoli. *Squeeze some orange or lemon juice on for added flavor.
